1. Introduction and Acknowledgement

hey bajj (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "Site" or "we") is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hey bajj and its users ("you" or "member").

By creating an account on hey bajj, accessing the platform, or using its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• A person may create only one account. If the same person has multiple accounts, they will be closed.
• You must open an account in your own name and for yourself — opening an account on behalf of someone else or having someone else create an account for you is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

hey bajj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Deposits, withdrawals, or other activities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If an account is opened with false information, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or older may participate on hey bajj. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds may be returned after the necessary verification. hey bajj bears no responsibility for granting access without age verification, and the individual concerned is solely responsible in this regard.

4. Account Security and Password

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. hey bajj will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your account login details with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account — including use by third parties.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum amount to deposit funds into hey bajj is ৳300. Deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other listed banks).

The account balance will be updated after the deposit is processed. If a transaction fails or is delayed, contact the support team. Avoid attempting to deposit the same amount multiple times.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

Before approving a withdrawal request, hey bajj verifies identity and confirms that any active wagering requirements have been met. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel it.

• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hey bajj offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that are stated in detail on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

hey bajj offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing from the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus must be claimed within the specified time limit.
• If the wagering requirement for one bonus has not been met, claiming the next bonus may be restricted.
• A bonus is not a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• hey bajj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, but this does not apply to bonuses already in use.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, hey bajj reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel the bonus.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being closed.

7. Gaming Rules

Each game on hey bajj has its own rules, which are provided in detail within the game or on the relevant page. General gaming terms are listed below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and the funds will be returned.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with hey bajj's established policy.
• If there is any dispute over a game result, the server logs of the relevant game provider will be treated as the final evidence.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game using a technical advantage or software is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the hey bajj platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure as well as legal action:

1. Registering an account with false or misleading information.
2. Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
3. Attempting to gain improper profit through bonus arbitrage or by exploiting any promotion.
4. Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing.
6. Interfering with hey bajj's systems or security.
7. Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other members or staff.
8. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts within the same household.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by hey bajj

hey bajj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a violation of these Terms is found.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Cooperation with the identity verification process is not provided.
• Required by legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

hey bajj is not responsible for:

• Loss of any bet or game due to internet disconnection.
• Any inconvenience caused by problems with your device or software.
• Delays arising from issues with a third-party game provider's server.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account login details with others.

hey bajj always strives to provide the highest quality service, but does not accept liability for compensation if the service is temporarily disrupted for any reason — unless it is directly due to hey bajj's own negligence.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your information is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security.
• Information is not sold to third parties.

12. Responsible Gaming

hey bajj believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. Ensuring that every member plays in a controlled and responsible manner is one of our goals.
